Nathan Ford is an investigator, catching fraud. He is the mastermind’s team. He grew up in South Boston. Nathan wanted to be servicing souls, but he ended up becoming an insurance investigator.

He had a son named Sam who died of cancer, because IYS didn’t want to pay for his son’s experimental treatment. He ended up divorcing his wife Maggie and later on lost his job. He later on becomes the leader of the con, and worked on his way to earn lots from insurance.

His primary rival James Sterling keeps an eye on him. His drinking habits become problematic, and later on overcome it, and preferred coffee instead.
